Owner - Lorelei and her husband Nick have been SERVPRO owners since 2007. They have a genuine passion for SERVPRO and helping people. SERVPRO is the vehicle that allows them to help both commercial and residential customers recover from property damage emergencies. When they are not working, they spend time with their 3 children and 2 dogs enjoying the great outdoors or snuggling up for a good movie. She is IICRC certified in WRT-Water Remediation Technician. General Manager

Suzanne Jackson is a recent addition to the SERVPRO of Northwest Portland family. She came to us from the financial industry where she worked for over 10 years. She is native to the Portland area. As our General Manager, Suzanne assists our management and operation staff with daily operations and ensures business functionality and customer satisfaction. In addition to her work in finance, she also owned and operated a successful small business for 5 years. Suzanne attended Mt Hood College where she studied multimedia and web design. When she is not with us, Suzanne enjoys reading and crafting. She is the mother of 3 active children who keep her busy with coaching and watching them participate in sports. The unique combination of Suzanne’s experience in running her own small business and extensive background in finance makes her very well suited for her position with us.

Kristylinn Sequeira started with our franchise in 2017 and brought over 8 years of experience in the finance industry with her. She oversees our finances and human resource department and makes sure we stay within budget. Prior to her work in finance, Kristylinn owned and operated her own coffee shop. She studied small business and entrepreneurship at Mt Hood College. Kristylinn is a native Portland, Oregonian. When she is not with us, she enjoys travel, rock climbing and trying new and exotic foods. Kristylinn and her husband have two children and are expecting a third this year. They are also the owners of a small and growing farm with several animals to play with. Kristylinn’s positive and upbeat attitude is perfect for our busy office and she is always helpful in difficult situations. Her background in finance and customer service makes her a perfect fit for our industry.

Operation Manager – Bri has been a part of our SERVPRO team since November 2010. Over the years, she has acquired extensive experience and training in the restoration industry. Her IICRC certifications include: WRT-Water Remediation Technician, ASD-Applied Structural Drying, SRT-Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, AMRT-Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, OCT- Odor Control Technician, HST- Health & Safety Technician. Contents Project Manager

Jesse Guel has been with SERVPRO of NW Portland for the past 3 years and he comes to us from the San Francisco/ Bay Area where he is originally from. He manages our pack out, contents cleaning and structure cleaning crews. Jesse has a strong background in the moving industry and has at least 20 years of experience in that field. Additionally, Jesse was also a Project Manager in the construction/design industry for 7 years. He is a father of 8 and is a huge Green Bay Packers fan and Volkswagen Enthusiast. Jesse and his team are 100% dedicated to building a reputation for being the premier contents restoration company on the west coast, always striving for excellence, never cutting corners and always keeping the customers best interest in mind. His IICRC certifications include: WRT-Water Remediation Technician, SRT-Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician. Other certifications include: Lead Renovator

Contents Project Manager - Jon joined the SERVPRO Family in 2016. He has significant experience in both the restoration and construction industries. Jon has a strong emphasis in making the customer’s needs his highest priority.

Water Restoration Project Manager

Josh Laulile has been with the SERVPRO of NW Portland crew since May of 2015. He is one of our water restoration team managers who are often the bridge of communication between the client and insurance company. He is also regularly one of the first to respond to a water loss job to put eyes on the problem to come up with a proper dry plan. Prior to his work in the restoration industry, Josh worked in the construction field. He is originally from the Los Angeles area where he was born and raised, and he moved to the Portland area four years ago. Josh is the father of 2 daughters. He loves to work hard and play even harder, as he is an avid snowboarder. His IICRC certifications include: WRT (Water Remediation Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), SRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration), OCT (Odor Control Technician) & CDS (Commercial Drying Specialist). Other certifications include: Lead Renovator.

Crew Chief/ Water Tech

Gabriel Ornelas has been with our franchise for the past 2 years. He was originally hired as a water tech, but has proven himself to be a very valuable asset to us and he was promoted to the position of crew chief within 8 months of starting with us. Gabe is responsible for directing our water damage crews and keeping the job on schedule. He is the liaison between the onsite crew and our Project Managers. Gabe is an IICRC certified water damage restoration technician. He is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and he has lived in the Portland area for the last 3 years. On his days off, Gabe enjoys making music and spending time with his wife and two children. It is apparent that Gabe truly loves what he does. His positive attitude and work ethic always adds a big boost to morale and productivity and he is well liked by customers and coworkers alike.

Crew Chief/ Water Tech

Anthony Enos joined our water restoration crew in 2017. Although he was new to our industry, his work ethic and determination allowed him to advance to the position of crew chief in just a few short months. Anthony leads our water technicians in both commercial and residential mitigation work. He also keeps our warehouse and supply rooms clean, organized and inventoried. Anthony is responsible for training our new water technicians on the basics of water restoration. He is also acts as the liaison between clients, adjusters and management. Anthony is an IIRC certified water damage restoration technician. He was born in Oakland, CA, but has spent most of his life in the Portland area. Prior to coming on board with us, Anthony worked in sales and retail. Additionally, he owns a small network marketing company. When he is not working, Anthony enjoys camping and outdoor activities and reading nonfiction. He shares a home with his girlfriend and their cat. Although Anthony is quiet, his is very friendly and easy to work with. His hard work and discipline makes him a very valuable asset to our franchise.

Priority Response Manager

Race Schwarzbach started with our company at the beginning of 2017 as our Priority response assistant. After undergoing extensive training and proving himself in the field, he was promoted to the management position at the start of 2018. Race is often the first to respond and the first point of contact after a fire emergency. He is a native Oregonian and was born and raised in The Dalles, Oregon. Prior to his work in restoration, Race worked in the insurance industry for 5 years. He was also a logistics officer in the Air Force for 6 years. Race enjoys disk golf, baseball and weight training, as well as coaching team sports. His experience in team sports has played well into his professional life. Race has a passion for helping people get their lives back together, making him a perfect fit for his position with SERVPRO of NW Portland.

Priority Response

Martin Schwarzbach joined our franchise at the beginning of 2018 and has quickly become key player on our Priority response team. Martin is the first to respond to a fire or water emergency. He is responsible for residential and commercial board ups and often acts as the first point of contact between the customer and our project managers. Martin works with our clients and their insurance company to establish the initial claim. He grew up in Mosier, Oregon and has raised 6 children. Martin’s work as an agent in the insurance industry has given him an edge in our industry. He has also worked extensively as an aviation technician and holds an applied science degree in aviation maintenance from Portland Community College. Martin is an IICRC certified fire restoration technician. When he is not working with us, Martin enjoys traveling with his wife Julie as well as hiking, camping and all things water related. He is an advocate for the customer and enjoys helping people in crisis put their lives back together.

Assistant Priority Response

Mason Bansch started with our priority response team in the summer of 2018. He assists the team with emergency board up and helps with customer follow up as well as communication between the department, management and the insurance company. In addition to his position with the PR department, Mason also assists the marketing team as needed. Mason grew up in The Dalles, Oregon before relocating to the Portland area in 2014. Prior to his work in the restoration industry, he was in retail sales management. Mason is an AWS certified welder. On his off time, Mason enjoys hunting and camping as well as disk golf and baseball. He is a auto enthusiast who enjoys racing and working on cars. Helping people in their time of need is very important to Mason, making him a perfect fit for the priority response department.

Marketing Support Coordinator

Bradley Swanson started with SERVPRO of NW Portland at the end of 2016. His multifaceted position touches almost every department in the company. He plans our CE classes, processes our commission reports, maintains and tracks our sales leads and works with the sales representatives to optimize their daily sales routes. Additionally, he is in charge of all web related marketing. He is IICRC certified in WRT (Water Restoration Tech). Prior to joining our team, Bradley was a project manager in the remodeling industry and he has 20 years of construction experience. He also has experience in accounting, bookkeeping and professional music production. He has 3 wonderful children who are the love of his life. Bradley has lived in the Portland area for the past 24 years. He studied aviation science and technical writing at PCC. Bradley enjoys running, hiking, camping, cooking, music and spending time with his family. He has a heart for helping others and finding solutions to life’s many quandaries.

Estimator

Billy McWhirt joined the SERVPRO family this year with extensive industry experience. He has logged over 12 years of estimating in the insurance claims industry, working with not only the disaster, fire and water restoration sector, but the auto side as well. He has written countless property damage estimates and negotiated insurance settlements and adjusted claims in both the commercial and residential markets. Billy moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1979 from the Los Angeles area. He holds a degree in Business Marketing from Pioneer Pacific college as well as an Estimator/ Project Management Certificate from Northwest Technical. Billy is an IICRC certified Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) as well as a certified Odor Control Technician (OCT). When he is not writing estimates for us, Billy enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing and working in the yard. He’s also a vintage car enthusiast and has personally built a Model A hotrod. Billy has quickly become a great asset to our team.

Job File Coordinator

Kate Lofton started with SERVPRO at the end of 2016. Originally, she joined the office staff as our receptionist, but was quickly promoted to the position of Job File Coordinator. She monitors and tracks our job file status and audits and maintains files to ensure all documentation is complete. Although she is new to our industry, Kate’s background in medical billing made her a perfect fit for the job. Since joining our team, she has earned her IICRC certification in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Tech). Prior to joining our team, Kate was a stay at home Mom to her 3 sons. When she is not with us, she enjoys restoring and repurposing vintage furniture & stand up paddle boarding. Kate’s boys are involved with various sports, and that keeps her quite busy as well. Kate's upbeat and positive attitude makes her a great addition to the SERVPRO family and we are happy to have her on our team.

Job File Coordinator

Andreas Bowers started with our franchise at the beginning of 2018 as one of our Job File Coordinators. He is responsible for many of our preliminary estimates and monitors the file and audit status of our jobs. Additionally, Andreas reviews and validates incoming field documentation and performs start to finish job closeouts. He is originally from California, but his previous work has allowed him to travel extensively and he has spent time in Seattle, Boise and Colorado before settling in Portland in 2017. Andreas holds a AA in Human Services from Central Washington University and is a Jr in the Bachelors program of Social Services. Andreas brings 13 years of professional experience to our team. On his off time, he enjoys travel, hiking and longboarding with his dog Koda as well as spending quality time with friends and exploring Portland’s restaurant scene. Andreas looks forward to being a long standing part of our excellent team.

Sales & Marketing Representative

Miguel Figueroa is the latest addition to the marketing department here at SERVPRO of NW Portland. He brought several years of hands on industry experience with him. Miguel has worked in the restoration industry previously and knows the ins and outs of fire and water disaster restoration first hand. His innovation and problem solving skills have helped him advance in our industry very quickly. He is also bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish. Prior to his work in the restoration industry, Miguel spent 6 years as a lead driver in the moving industry. Miguel holds an associate’s degree in business from Pioneer Pacific College. He is originally from New York but he has lived in the Portland area for the past 22 years. Miguel is a family man; he and his partner Nikcole are the proud parents of two young children, a boy and a girl. He is involved with team sports and has volunteered his expertise as a 3rd grade basketball coach. When he is not with us, Miguel enjoys making music, cooking and spending time educating his children with puzzles, books and art.

Receptionist

Moses Swanson recently joined our team as our receptionist. She is likely the first person you will talk to when you call our office. Moses is responsible for all job intake and sets up our job files. She keeps track of our invoices and helps keep the office running smoothly. Moses also assists the job file coordinator team. Prior to joining the SERVPRO family, Moses had several retail jobs while she earned her associates degree from Portland Community College. Moses is a native Oregonian who loves the outdoors. In her spare time, she loves to read and write. Moses shares a home with her partner Anthony and cat Sweaters. She is an avid concert goer and enjoys festivals and music. Although this is her first professional position, Moses has very quickly proven to be a very capable and welcome addition to our franchise.
