Owner - Lorelei and her husband Nick have been SERVPRO owners since 2007. They have a genuine passion for SERVPRO and helping people. SERVPRO is the vehicle that allows them to help both commercial and residential customers recover from property damage emergencies. They have 2 young children and one on the way. General Manager - Erik has been with SERVPRO since February 2009. His journey began at SERVPRO Corporate and in 2013 he joined our franchise. His IICRC certifications include: WRT-Water Remediation Technician, ASD-Applied Structural Drying, CDS, OSHA 10, Subrogation training and is a certified Lead Renovator as well as a AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector.

Office Manager - Barb has been with SERVPRO since April 2009. She is the mother hen and an asset to our team. Her IICRC certifications include: WRT-Water Remediation Technician, ASD-Applied Structural Drying, Odor Control and Health and Safety. Other certifications include: ECTP-Crew Training, ECTP-Water, Skills Presentation, certified CE Instructor. One of Barb's greatest enjoyments is helping our customers in their time of need.

Operation Manager – Bri has been a part of our SERVPRO team since November 2010. Over the years, she has acquired extensive experience and training in the restoration industry. Project Manager – Jesse joined the SERVPRO team in March 2015 as the manager of our content division. Jesse oversees the inventory, packing and cleaning of all smoke damaged content in our state of the art cleaning facility. Job File Coordinator – Tiffany joined the SERVPRO team in April 2015. She helps to explain the mitigation process to the customer and ensure we have thorough documentation to provide to the customer and insurance carrier to ensure a smooth job process. Tiffany is IICRC certified in WRT and ASD.
